Blouse features a flattering full button front bodice with a fitted waist and large puff sleeves. Skirt is full and unlined with a deep 10 inch bottom ruffle, which is highlighted with contrasting ribbon.

Skirt features an elastic waist for an easy fit, and a back sweep/train that can be worn down or bustled with interior bustle ties.
