Traditional Victorian Petticoat - White Cotton

Just about every skirt looks better with a petticoat. This fine cotton petticoat provides a bit of body without being too bulky, helping your skirt hang gracefully and twirl gently. Features an elastic waist for comfort and has two rows of ruffles at the bottom as well as crocheted lace for style. Approximately 40" in length so it will work well with most skirts. 100% cotton for washability and comfort. Imported. Available in sizes XS-2X.
