A peep show of pleasing proportions, our Black Rose Silk Corset boosts the bosom and whittles the waist to create the sought-after silhouette of 19th century beauties. Blooming with midnight roses fenced in by dramatic back lacing, this fiercely feminine foundation piece may be worn under or over clothing.
Designed to provide support underbust, our corset is fashioned with three layers of fabric fortified with 26 flexible spiral steel stays, a steel busk and front and back steel bars. Black shoe string laces criss-cross through reinforced grommets and garter belt loops await a pair of your own sexy garters and silk stockings.
Dry clean only. Imported. Made from 100% silk with 100% cotton lining. Available in sizes 20-38.

I am thoroughly delighted by the quality and versatility of this beautiful corset, not to mention the very favourable price. It is being used as an authentically styled undergarment for an older matron's historical costume ensemble. I am surprised by how comfortable it really is, once the laces have been adjusted ... not what I expected at all. It effectively creates the shape and posturing required for the outer garments to drape properly. The next time I order I corset, I will, however, get a slightly larger size, so that the laces don't have to be extended quite as far at the hips. Although this corset has been designed with the figures of younger women in mind, I can highly recommend it for historical costumers of a 'vintage age' as...

The Black Silk Rose Corset is simple, dependable and classy. I bought mine to be a waist-training corset. I find my corset to be very comfortable. It is sturdy and relatively easy to use. I can easily lace myself into the corset. I wish there was a way to keep the corset from slipping upwards as I continue to wear it, but for a simple, non-custom corset this really gets the job done.
